By accessing our site and utilizing our rental application and payment portals for properties in Louisville, Kentucky—including Germantown, Camp Taylor, and Old Louisville—you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these terms.

2. Service Usage and Intellectual Property Rights

Bluegrass Property Rentals grants you a limited license to access our platform for the purpose of viewing available studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments or townhouses, submitting rental applications, and processing application fees. All content on this site, including property photographs, descriptions of all-inclusive utilities, and pricing information ranging from $750 to $950, is our proprietary property and protected by copyright laws.

• You are prohibited from submitting false or misleading information in the rental application or during the $40 application fee payment process.
• The $40 application fee is non-refundable and is used to process background and credit checks; payment of this fee does not guarantee the approval of a rental application or the reservation of a specific unit.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any property images or content from this site for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The site and our rental services are provided on an 'AS-IS' and 'AS-AVAILABLE' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluegrass Property Rentals disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the site and your use thereof. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to errors in listing availability, pet policy updates, or the processing of financial transactions through third-party payment links.

4. Governing Law, Changes, and Contact Information

These terms and your use of the site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the city of Louisville.
